This is the same exact version as the region 1 US disc released by shriek show, however this version here does offer the full machete through crotch scene completely uncut and intact. In addition to this they give you some (but NOT) all of the alternate footage as a bonus that appears in the UK version of the film. the US edition does not offer you the bonus footage
A very worth while purchase if you are a fan of the film and improves where shriek show let many people down
